Question about Weather King 10AJA6001AH Air Conditioner
Dear Sir or Mam I just noticed my air conditioner weatherking model # 10AJB30A01 has been backing up into the floor of the house yesterday and we cleaned it up. We checked the outside condensate drain and it doesn't appear to be blocked but there is no drainage like before. Please advise if there is an inside connection to the condensate drain that needs to be checked or if there is a way to flush from the inside. The house is new and is only less then 3 years old. Thank you Jeff and Kellie Welsh
The inside part is the bit that gets cold, which is where the condensation forms (if using it to cool). there should be a drain. Unfortunately Weather King do not appear to support their products online except to dealers. If you can open the unit up enough to where you can see the space below the coils on the inside part (usually just behind where the air comes out, but not always), you should be able to see the drain - if you can then follow where it goes, then let us know what you have if you can't figure out how to unblock it. If you can post back a couple of photos of the unit and installation I might have a better idea of what to tell you to check. Unplug anything from the power before you start opening things up. If you need help finding your local dealer, please ask and I will look. Hope this helps :)
