Question about Sony HVRHD1000E High Definition Mini DV DV Camcorder
Hi, i have a Sony HVRHD1000E and Adobe Premiere elements 10, but i cannot import videos from the miniDV cassette for apparently no reason. I am connecting the camera via USB, it's recognized correctly from the computer (win7), the drivers are correctly installed, and the camera says: connected via USB. But still Premiere Elements 10 does not show the camera in the import panel. Is there anything I can do?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:

I am afraid that support
for DNxHD MXF just hasn't been built in yet. If you want to import that MXF you
can convert it to Adobe liked format by using a third party program. Pavtube
MXF Converter for mac is a software I used to convert my DNxHD MXF, you can
give a try.
