How do i connect my lg42lh2000 to my lg ht302 receiver so that the sound from the tv can be heard through the recivers speekers

you will need:
rf modulator.
coax cable.
video cables.
run audio cables from yourmusic source to the reciever that should work but if your music source is away from the reciever then get an rf modulator and put your music source by your reciever and the put thevideo cable from your music source to the rf modulator and tthenrun a coax cable to the tv and then run the audio cables from the music source to the input on the reciever. for example i have my direct tv box sound running through my reciever and speakers, and to have musicfrom the direct tv box going through my speakers i put the audio cables from my direct tv box into the audio input on the reciever and then the video cable into the rf modulator and then from the rf modulator i ran a coax cable to my tv then i had my sound from the direct tv box going through my reciever and the video on the tv.
plz tell me if this works :)\

To have a better viewing than a RF connection.

We have no manual - need instructions on how to hook it to the TV.

Nintendo 64 Hookups

Quick Tip! If your system is connected using AV cables and you cannot see the game on your screen, it is likely all you need to find is the input select on your TV or VCR. Link here for help.
The Stereo Audio/Video Cable that is included with the Nintendo 64 will allow you to connect the Control Deck to most televisions or video cassette recorders (VCR). First, look at the back of your television AND your VCR and see if you have Audio/Video inputs . Though your TV may not have them, almost all VCRs do.

If you DO have AV inputs, choose where you want to connect to:

Audio/Video Cable to a TV
Audio/Video Cable to a VCR

If you do NOT have AV inputs, you will need to use an RF Switch and RF Modulator for your hookup. The RF Switch and Modulator are sold separately. (Where to buy):

Connecting the RF Switch to a TV
Connecting the RF Switch to a VCR

Hi, I'm looking for a little help. I've looked out my old NES Nintendo, plugged it in after a good 10+ years in storage, I've got the RF cable plugged into the RF jack socket on the back of the console and...

If you are using the RF cable you should be able to see video as long as you are on the right channel set from the RF cable, if that isn't working then just try plugging in the video cables and see if it is just the RF cable not working.

HOOKUP A MAGNAVOX DVD/VCR PLAYER TO TV AND DISHNET WORK CA

may be your tv systems don't have an accessory for audio video input. but you can hookup that by using an RF modulator adapter, this is a converter from audio / video to RF signal and connected directly to your antenna connection. you can purchase that RF modulator adapter to an electronics store.

Does the coaxial output equivalent to a standard yellow cord video cord? Trying to transmit Direct TV signal to another TV via a RF Link.

Typically the coax is an rf signal. The "yellow cord " is a video signal and never the twain shall meet without an rf modulator. rf contains all video, audio, and sync signal. Video contains just video, no audio. If you use the yellow, and the white and the red you will have video and both audio channels.

Great video, NO AUDIO

Hello dis2,

Try using the s-video with the audio inputs (Red-White) or the composite video (yellow connector) with the audio inputs (Red-White), if these work then the problem is with your RF connection, this happens at times the modulator that provides the channel 3 signal malfunctions (this is a quality issue).

I hope this helps,

Thank you,

What type of Inputs do you have on your TV. (ANT IN, S-Videio, RCA Video,RCA Audio)

If you only have a ANT In or RF Coaxial hook up you will need a RF Modulator

Need a compositeoutput (F connector) for the Startech SVID4101R

Hi, If your TV has only an F input connector, then chances are that it can only accept an RF (TV/Cable) signal. On the other hand your video/signal source puts out a composite video signal (presumably with audio likewise). What you need is an interface converter or more commonly called "RF Box or RF Modulator". This is a device that embeds your audio/video signal into an RF signal transmitting at a TV channel (commonly 3 or 4). These devices are commercially available. You have to specify whether stereo or mono and what color system is being used in your country such as NTSC, PAL, Secam etc. A fine example is RadioShack's RF Modulator Model: 15-2526, Catalog #: 15-2526 (http://www.radioshack.com). A work around is to use an old VCR where you can plug into its RCA Audio/Video INput your signal source and connect its RF out to the F connector of your TV via a short RG59 Coaxial cable terminated both ends with FP-5 connectors.. You have to select either 3 or 4 (as the case may be) in your TV and set your VCR to VTR operations. Hope this be of some help/idea. Post back how things turn up or should you need further information. Good luck and kind regards.

This is easy in a nutshell. from the cablebox into the VCR RF connection (ant in) then from the VCR RF into the TV RF in. The from the DVD composite video out and audio out into the VCR composite video in and audio in. This make the VCR the hub of your setup the VCR should be set to channel 3 and you can switch between the VCR and the DVD by using the VCR remote. Now for the cords: 1) Cable to VCR RF = Coaxial 2) Composite Video and audio out = RCA patch cable 3)Composite Video and audio in = RCA patch cable That is it. If your TV can support multiple inputs then use it as the hub. Cable Box to VCR RF (Coax cable) VCR to TV RF(coaxial cable) or VCR to TV Composite video, or TV Component Video (RCA Cable) DVD Player to Composite video, or TV Component Vido (RCA Cable), or Svideo (Svideo cable)
