Question about Canon ZR300 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
The camera in question is about 6 months old. It has been used extensively. Two days ago, while sitting on a table in "record" mode, the camera shut down, and will not power back up ..... even after hooking up to AC or charging the battery. Any thoughts???
Try to use the manufacturer warranty it usually is for 1 year, call the tech support and ask them where can you send it for this warranty. Pack it well and use some kind of traceable method UPS or FedEx keep copy's and names of the procedure it may take up to a month for you the get it back. Good luck!
