Picture has horizontal areas or differant colors...

I can take a picture, and load the pictures into a folder, and the thumbnails look fine. when I open the thumbnail with paint or windows picture and fax viewer or any other program the full size picture has horizontal areas of differant color and where the areas meet the picture doesnt match up. Whats wrong with this picture?

It sounds like the processor for the camera is messing up the picture. I suggest that you take the camera in to a Wolf Camera or any other camera oriented store
