Question about Refrigerators
Can we replace the thermostat?
Your model does not have the typical thermostat that many refrigerators have. Yours has something called a thermistor
to measure the temperature by changes of resistance and signaling the measurement electrically back to a computer located in the control panel inside the fresh food compartment. Your model has the=> 2188819 Thermistor You can test the thermisters with an OHM meter to see if they are working properly. Can you tell me the symptoms your refrigerator is having so I can help you repair or replace the needed parts? Thanks Sea Breeze
