Question about Washing Machines
My washer will not fully spin and this might be due to the lid not locking

I'm having a little trouble understanding the question because of the spelling, but this sounds like a typical lid switch not making contact either by the depressor on the lit itself or the switch is broken. try depressing the switch with a screwdriver and see what happens. The lid switch will be in a little slot in the top inside where the lid closes.

you cant bypass this switch by pushing w/ screwdriver. its a magnetic reed switch open the top deck (3 screws behind the console) inside should be a tech ref sheet quite helpful trouble shoooter in ther

Replace the door lock.
If the door lock is not at fault, then replace wiring harness between door latch and control board.
