SOURCE: when i turn it on

The hard drive probably is the problem, if the software is corrupted windows will not start, if you have a start up disc try re-installing windows, if that and does not work have the hard drive checked.

Start BIOS/Reset Samsung ATIV One 7

I would recommend removing the CMOS battery inside the pc and replace it again to reset the CMOS, and then Reboot pc and while rebooting, keep tapping F4. MAKE SURE YOUR PC IS OFF BEFORE REMOVING CMOS BATTERY. ( CMOS battery is a round wafer battery of 3 volts DC) This may fix your issue. If you are uncomfortable doing this, get a PC Tech

Showing (F2) for Set up,(F4) for Recovery

This indicates hard drive issues, remove hardware and reseat back into place, sometimes this will start it, if no change! a recovery cd is the best option if you made one because it will work or not. If you have your owners manual review the recovery process just to be certain, other wise a computer repair shop is the next step.

Mainboard GA-G31-ES2C Warning: Backup BIOS checksum error BIOS Auto-Recovering...

If you have reset the CMOS memory you need to go into the BIOS setup screen and reconfigure the BIOS. To do that you need to press a key while the computer is booting. Usually F2 but can be other keys. It should tell you on the bottom of the first screen which key to press to enter BIOS setup.
If you don't know the settings the should be one for optimal defaults - use that one. You will also need to reset the time and date.
Save, Exit and re-boot and everything should then work.
During the boot process you will see on the screen to press delete to enter setup
