Question about Samsung Refrigerators
It only dribblesout of the tube when door is closed and will run slowly when door is open, I am looking for advise on how to remove the tube either for cleaning or replacement on the freezer door This is a side by side unit and the ice dispenser is also very slow and constantly dripping when making ice.

Sounds like the water valve has a small leak and continuously drips water onto the icemaker. Have the water valve checked and if necessary, replaced.

1. Ice maker is not cold enough to start the ice making process.
3. having to take off the back panel is an indication of a problem in the defrost system. Call to have a service tech check this out.

If there is a reset button on your ice maker try pushing it. Many ice makers have two holes for reset. A general rule of thumb is if the ice maker fingers are stopped in a slightly vertical position then your ice maker unit is working. If the fingers are stopped anywhere else then it needs some sort of attention or replaced. Make sure there is water, or ice in the ice maker tray, if not then the problem is with water supply.
