Im not locating an E7 error. Did you mean 7E?
This information may or may not relate to your washer since you did not provide a model number.

E3 is that the machine can't see that the motor is spinning. Could either be a loose connector at the motor or a loose hall-effect sensor. this might be a fairly easy fix for a repair tech,

Okay; This will essentially be a Hall Sensor fault. The Error code (E3) Is issued when the Motor control board is attempting to drive the motor (during the spin out), but is not seeing any tachometer response readings. The Hall sensor monitors such movements to relay the necessary rotation information to the Motor control board. When the Hall malfunctions, the MCB will assume that the motor is "locked" and it will issue the (E3) code.
The necessary actions are to replace the Hall sensor. Here is a picture of the Stator(Motor) and Hall sensor.
Click here to access the service/repair manual for your unit. This manual will help you disassemble the affected area. You will first need to remove the rear access panel, before gaining access to the affected section. Once the rear panel is removed, focus on page 33-34 to help with removing the stator so that you can replace the damaged hall sensor. Please allow time for the manual to download, due to its size.

Thanks for using FixYa. There are many causes of Error E3 codes---
1. Spin drum stuck – Verify that the spinner moves freely to eliminate this cause.
2. Hall Sensor fails or is loose – When the Hall Sensor fails or becomes dislodged, the control doesn't recognize that the motor is spinning and shuts down. The result will likely be an “E3” code in the worst case or “Suds” if it is only getting a partial rpm reading. Check wire harness connector(s) to motor.
3. A poor connection – Check wire harness connector to motor. Unplug connector and pull on each wire. If a wire connector comes loose from the plug, bend locking tab up as illustrated.
NOTE: If a locking tab is not properly seated in the plug connector, the terminals will not fully engage as the connector is plugged into the Motor Terminal Block. Inspect the terminals on the motor side of the connector. Straighten any bent terminals if they exist. Recheck the harness side of the terminal block if any bent terminals are found. Bent terminals can indicate a problem with the locking tab inside the plug. Reconnect harness plug to Motor Terminal Block. Run washer through a quick service cycle (wash and spin) to check motor operation. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

SOURCE: my 27 inch front load
unplug and remove rear access panel to the motor pulley, remove the 6 3/8 inch bolts and the large center bolt holding the stator brake cover on,unplug the "Hall-Sensor" at the bottom of the stator,it has a plug with 4 wires coming out of it,this component senses motor speed and tells the computer how fast and which direction of motor rotation, when this component goes defective it tells the computer the motor isnt turning and is locked, replace it and it again will work
