There is a problem with your windows 8 PC's installation, which has stopped it from booting correctly; hence why it starts in 'startup repair', and tries to diagnose your PC. Hold the F8 key while booting your computer to go into the startup menu for Windows; click Advanced startup options; and select Restore my PC; which will reinstall windows.
This may or may not work for your machine, you may have to hold F2, F10, or the Escape key to go into the UEFI setup and go into startup options from there.

Pull the battery, and unplug the power. After about 10 minutes, just plug in the power. Leave the battery out. If it is still diagnosing your PC and fixing disk errors, let it run. These newer, larger hard drives take a long time to fix. I've had some take up to 3 hours.

If its Four beep and a blank, it is system board issue. Kindly take it to the service center to be further diagnosed .

When your ethernet controller and multimedia controller are not working, diagnose the exact problem by going to your pc device manager. Once diagnosed, the issue can be addressed more directly. Generally, the drivers will need updating which can be done again when you're in the device manager. Cheers, eiger3790.

right click the network, then click diagnose and repair. windows will diagnose and repair the problem on your connection on internet. thanks :)

-click start
-point mouse to network then click properties (from there you will find "Diagnose and repair"
-click diagnose and repair then the windows will diagnose the problem on your connection

Try rebooting your wireless hub if this doesn't work disable the firewall on your notebook and try again (it may be a security issue)
