No, sorry I don't think so. Universal remotes only have codes for TVs. A Tivax Converter Box is kind of like a CD-DVD player right. If so, sorry I don't think it does have a code.

I might be missing something here, but if YourTV has the basic controls on the TV itself, such as on/off volume, and channel select, then just turn on tv, and set it to channel 3.
Use your converter box remote to scan for channels, and other options it has as needed.
