The easiest way is to use Firefox and start a New Private Window.
To do that, Open Firefox and click on the File menu in the top left of the browser, or you can Hot Key ctrl+Shift+P, In the Drop Down, You will see an option for "New Private Window". Select that and you will bring up another Firefox Window, but this time it will be for "Private Browsing". You can now go to ooVoo and do what you have to do. Once you're finished, just close Firefox. It will not save any cookies, trackers, history, passwords, etc. To verify just go into the history and see if the site is in there that you visited.

As you surf the Web and enter log in information, some sites store your personal information in files called cookies.
Cookies save your log in data so that you don't have to enter the information each time you visit a site.
In addition, some sites save site data such as images and documents in your browser's cache.
These temporary files can speed up the time it takes to visit the website in the future.
If you want to get rid of cookies and cache data, you can do so by following a few steps.
Open Internet Explorer and select "Safety" on the toolbar.
Select "Delete Browsing History..." and select the boxes next to "Cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files."
Click "Delete" to clean your cache and cookies.
Open Firefox and select the "Tools" menu. Click "Clean Recent History."
Select "Everything" from the drop-down menu next to "Time Range to Clear."
Select the boxes next to "Cache" and "Cookies" in the list below "Details."
Click "Clear Now" to erase your cache and cookies.
Open Google Chrome and click the "Wrench" icon to the right of the address bar.
Select "Options" and click the "Under the Hood" tab. Click "Clear Browsing Data" under "Privacy" and select the boxes next to "Empty the Cache" and "Delete Cookies and Other Site Data.
" Select "Everything" from the "Clear Data From This Period:" drop-down menu.
Click "Clear Browsing Data" to empty your cache and delete your cookies.
