Question about Washing Machines
I have searched through this site and found that I can reset my Samsung Washer motor by trying a "POWER 81W OFF." I have no idea how to do this. What is "81W" and how do I access it? (I cannot find a service technician in my region, so I will have to attempt to fix/replace the motor myself.)
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Please check if there is power to the motor during the cycle or if the motor is warm. If so the capacitor to the motor can be faulty as it fails to start.
If there is no power to the motor then the control panel is faulty as the relay or drive has failed within.
