Our splash rip has been working very well until 5 days ago when an error code came onto the screen on start up it reads "The software needed to use the USB token cannot be found.Please refer to the device documentation to install the necessary software" If we double clik the splash server icon on the screen the following message appears "The application Splash server could not be opened because "Quicktimelib." could not be found" Both the DC12 and the splash rip were purchased second hand and we have no discs or instruction book available but the usb token has been working fine, is the software on the token or pre loaded onto the Mac?
