This is a brand new refurbed unit that came with no instructiions and I have no idea how to download the music from frostwire into the mp3 player. I need step by step instructions

no matter brand new or used....keep downloading your music (videos) via frostwire.....but this is how you get the music from you pc to your device.....plug the device to pc....goto my computer....see the new icon (yeah your mp3)..open it up....now also find the folder w/ your music open that up....copy and paste (click and drag) files from the pc to mp3 ....have fun.....feel free to rate the help
