Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: Can't verify phone because phone isn't verified.

Sent 'Start', receiving - "Sorry, your phone is not verified..."

If you receive a message that says 'Sorry, your phone is not verified. Please verify the phone before receiving Tweets" from us, it may be because your phone is in a 'half-verified state'. Now, what's that?

If you visit the 'Mobile' tab on Settings page of your account, you will see that the verification code is still displayed on the page, unlike what the Mobile page should actually display. We currently do not provide this method of adding the device. Click on the 'Delete and Start over' button found on the page to remove the phone from your account. Then send 'start' to the appropriate Twitter number and you will be able to add your phone. Please however, make sure that you check all the Twitter accounts that you own.

SOURCE: may i ask about twitter if i reply someone on his

Provided you don't get stuck with the Twitter Is Over Capacity Whale that I've been seeing lately, there are two ways to reply/tweet to people directly, 'private' and 'private-plus-friends':

  1. Type "d USERNAME" before your tweet to send a direct message to a particular user. Only that user will see the message.
  2. Put "@USERNAME" at the beginning of your tweet to send a reply to a particular user. That user, your followers and that user's followers will all be able to see the tweet, but it won't appear on the public timeline.
When you send that message with D or @, then the user will get our message even if you are not being followed.

I hope that helps.

How do I tweet a question to a person on twitter?

    1. Log in to Twitter via the Twitter Home Page, or via a Twitter API application such as Twhirl. You can also update Twitter via Facebook and several other applications that use the Twitter API.
    2. Step 2 Enter your message in the box with the label "What are you doing?" Keep in mind that your tweet can be no longer than 140 characters at the most. This limitation exists because Twitter uses the SMS network to send notifications via cell phone to those who desire it.
    3. Step 3 Click "Update" to send the Tweet to everyone on Twitter.
    4. Step 4 Type "d USERNAME" before your tweet to send a direct message to a particular user. Only that user will see the message.
    5. Step 5 Put "@USERNAME" at the beginning of your tweet to send a reply to a particular user. That user, your followers and that user's followers will all be able to see the tweet, but it won't appear on the public timeline.
