Have you tried putting it on a normal charger. I would do that if it still isn't holding a charge time for a new battery but if it does then it is the car charger. Hope that helps :)

Something happened to me just now. I have a sanyo incognito and have had many problems with it. Call the company and follow directions, if not go to the place you got it. If it's within the year you should have a manufacture year warranty. They could troubleshoot your phone or replace the whole phone for free. If you have had it more then a year then you'll have to pay the deductible to get it fixed. Hope this helped, it's what. Had to do (TWICE). If it happens again my advice is get a different phone!

1)Power off the phone
2)hold the volume up button+ the send button and turn the phone on and ............Reset.
