    I've been experiencing a problem
    similar to Bobaloo's for the past six months. Once in a while no
    mater if the TV was hot or cold the image would start to vibrate like it was out of sync and suddenly it would dissapear. The
    first few times that the problem occurred I would shut down the TV
    and start it back and it would be ok for a couple of days or hours.
    But after a month or so the problem got worse and occurred more
    frequently and restarting the TV would not fix the problem. Two
    months ago I have discovered that the image would come back when I
    play with the buttons located on the front panel which is why I think
    my problem is similar to Bobaloo's. Yesterday I have checked the
    pins of the IC circuit you referred to in response to Bobaloo's
    problem, but in my case I did not found them to be loose consequently
    I would like your advice before re soldering them.

The solder joints on the vertical output IC have come loose. This is very common on those sets. If you do not have any experience resoldering small parts on PC boards, have the IC resoldered by a qualified tech.

    Look at the yoke, which is the set of coils around the neck of the picture tube, and follow the 4 thick wires from the yoke down to the main board. Follow the traces on the bottom of the board - 2 of the yoke wires are for horizontal, and one of those wires goes to the collector of the horizontal output transistor. The other 2 yoke wires are for vertical and will go to the vertical output IC. The IC is usually the LA7838 which has 13 pins in a row and is mounted on a small metal heat sink. Carefully resolder those 13 pins and your picture should be fine.

I need the wiring colour codes for 2002 santa fe car stereo

Basically the wiring of the large harness corresponds to the pins like this.

Starting in the upper right hand corner and working down the right side from A12 down to A1.

1=Left rear output-red
2=Left rear output-blue
3=Right rear output-black
4=Right rear output-yellow
6=Left front input-black
7=Left front input-yellow
8=Left rear input-orange
9=Left rear input-green
10=Amp 'ON'-blue&orange
12=Amp sensor-black&orange

Back up to upper left hand corner on the large plug

13=Right front tweeter output-red
14=Right front tweeter output-blue
15=Left front tweet output-red
16=Left front tweeter output-blue
18=Right front input-red
19=Right front input-white
20=Right rear input-blue
21=Right rear input-red
23=Right front sub (+) output-yellow
24=Right front sub (-) output-black

The small harness is the same above with the upper right position being pin 1 going down to pin 4 then back up to the top for pin 5 down to pin 8.

1=Memory Power-Lrg White
2=Amp Ground- Lrg Black
3=Left front sub (+)output-yellow
4=Left front sub (-) output-black
5=Left front mid (+) output-white
6=Left front mid (-) output-brown
7=Right front mid (-)output-brown
8=Right front mid (+) output-white

Hope this will help you.

Thank you

Sound cable connection

Look more closely at your motherboard, for a 4-pin "PC Speaker" label.

The "HD Audio" is _OUTPUT_ (left front, sub-woofer, right front, left back, right back) to Surround Sound speakers.

Loose wire in wiring harness

You could eliminate the harness plug all together by cutting each respective wire on ether side of the plug and hard wire it or crimp on blade or bullet style male and female solderless connectors, one wire at a time.

Power light blinks and no picture

No picture - screen is empty. Sound is ok
Check IC101 (BA7630F), if video signal comes to input (pin 1) but not present at output (pin 14) then replace this IC
No picture and sound, only a high pitch sound at switch on
Remove horizontal transistor and measure the resistance across any two pins. This value should be no less than 200ohms
Picture fades away few seconds after start-up till no picture. Sometimes no picture at all. Sometimes picture OK for longer. Sound unaffected.
Faulty joints on CRT pcb. Cracked solder joints at tube socket connections on CRT circuit board. Caused variable supply to CRT heaters. Resolder all socket pins to pcb.

WinFast 6100K8MA-RS motherboard drivers

There is no sound because it wants to route the sound through your front inputs. If you don't have any front audio inputs, you must short out pins 6-7 and pins 9-10 on the front audio connector (F_Audio) which is on the back left of the motherboard.
