I dont know if you can do some tech checks.I can give you some clues.Check the PSU or power unit. For this you need to open the PC and check if the PSU is working and the fan is moving. If not cahange it,If yes check on the back of the PC any small lights.Write down wich are on an post.If nay lights on then check the RAM sticks.Take one out and power on.If nothing works the your RAM is bad so change it and power on.If nothing then the MOBO wich is very difficult to test if you dont have another.Do you hear any beeps at startup?Post back.

When i turn my cumputer I get message enabling power saving mode ?

that is not an issue, it may be the default setting for your machine. you should check with the manufacturer/retailer whether this is so. If you wish to change there must be an option to do so. They will be able to inform you how to alter this setting no doubt.

I took the blades off my table fan to clean them and once i put the fan back together and turned the fan back own the blade spins and everything but no air is blowing out

I think that you may have put the blade on backwards. try taking the fan apart and reversing the blade around and reassembling the fan.

PC restarted by it's own. Temperature fast to hot

The system is heating up really fast is caused by not enough cool air being directed to your CPU, Turn off the computer un-plug everything from the wall and carefully remove the side panel, not touching anything on the inside, look for the fan should be clearly to see, after that look closely enough to see behind the fan if its all dirty and filled with un-known substances then it requires cleaning. you can remove the screws holding the fan in place to give it a light clean, and put the fan back on, before putting the side panel back on check to make sure the screws holding the lump of metal is tight, after all that turn the computer back on and it should remain on.
The main cause to why the computer shuts down is because the CPU gets so hot the computer automatically shuts itself down to protect itself from over heating and causing damage.

I need to clear the cmos on my MPC ClientPro All-In-One 17" desktop computer. Please enlighten me. Thank you. Kind regards.

In order for you to clear the CMOS, you will need to open the computer by removing the cover of the desktop. Now, look for the battery on the system board. Once you find it, you will see a jumper with 3 pins. Take the jumper off and reseat it on the 2nd and 3rd pins. Pull the battery out of the computer and then turn on the computer. Now turn off the computer, replace the battery and put the jumper back into place. Turn the computer back on and the CMOS should be cleared.
