Not all sounddrivers work on windows 7. But you can buy a sound card like creative sound blaster to add on the mainboard. Just make sure the driver supports windows 7
you need to buy a new mainboard along with processor, p4 mainboard available at you local store worth about $60 an new processor range form $70 - $200 but may varies depend on the stregth, if your mainboard using old type of memory it must be replace too with ddr-2(most ram for p4). but base on you buget, i can give suggestion what to buy if you tell your budget is, but here i can say that you must buy 3 things - processor,ram and mainboard all of them around $120
It is not possible to upgrade graphics in the D620. The GPU is integrated onto the mainboard, so the only way to change GPU is to change the mainboard.
