Nintendo ds lite power fault

I would think you have one of 3 problems, the entire unit is bad, the battery is bad, or the cable is bad.

The easiest thing to check is the cable, if you have another DS lite just try the cable, otherwise most walmarts and targets have them.

Lastly, if neither of these solutions work, try contacting Nintendo about warranty work. Nintendo is usually very good about fixing problems like this.

something's probably burned out, here's a tip:
buy a new d.s. lite, take it and its charger out of the package, put the bad d.s. and charger back in the box, then return it, say you decided you did not want one.
tip:
do not damage the box seal when you take the new d.s. out, replace the seal whwn done.
