Question about Kitchen Ranges
The machine works fine on the wash and spin cycles. However, when the beginning of the rinse cycle is reached, the timer does not advance, there is a humming sound and no water is dispensed. During the wash cycle only warm /hot water will dispense....no cold water. Everything on the washer has been checked and I don't know what is left to check. I have replaced the water valve, the cold and hot hoses and the control board. The hoses have been checked and are hooked up properly to the cold and hot valves. What is left to trouble shoot? Please help. This has been going on for 2 weeks now and I have incurred $$ to fix and nothing!

Looks like something is blocking the burners from the insides.. My mom has fixed a similar problem of my neighbor yesterday...the solution is to disassemble the burners and clean it thoroughly and put them back on..

I too have a whirlpool top load and it did the same thing. I would put a load in and go back and the clothes were sitting in water. I found that if you close the lid and press gently til you hear a click, it will finish the cycle. So now when I load the washer, I press the lid like that and I have not had the problem since. I hope this helps.

NF code is a "No Fill" fault: this indicates that your washing is
not getting water supplied to it, or the pressure isn't substantial
enough to complete a fill.
You need to, first, make sure the water supply is turned on; second, if the water is turned on, and you're still not getting anything to your washer, you may have a fill valve problem. The fill valve is what both your hoses connect to on the back of the machine. It can become clogged with sediment over time (especially, if you have hard water or well water). Turn the water supply off and remove both hoses from the back of the washer. Check both these hose connections for clogs in the filter screens. If they are clear, then more than likely the fill valve has gone bad. Also could try in this link the Consumer Display Table Code
