I have a q7 Sport Smart Watch and I don't have a phone to connect to it. I'm trying to change the time bur it only has one button and it's at the bottom, please help.

1. If your screen is dim, tap the screen to wake up the watch.
2. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
3. Tap Settings System Date & time. If you don't see Settings right away, swipe left.
4. Tap Automatic date & time.

Try to find "personalize" setting of some kind, and then change the smart key to perform something else, so it doesn't go set silent mode. I am not familiar with your phone, but on RAZR v3 smart key activates camera. However you can change it to do something else. The steps would be different for your phone I assume, but if you need an example of the general steps, there are videos on www.HandBookLive.com under Electronics category on Motorola RAZR v3 and there is a chapter on "Chaging Shortcuts"

I dont know if your able to change your puk code but if your smart card has been locked and is asking for a puke code then you need to call att for your puke code. If you enter in the wrong puk code to many times it will destroy ur smart card and you will need to get a new one.
