will not scan to pc. Certian programs like Hallmark Card Studio 2009 will not print at all. I have spent many hours online with HP to solve this problen. They even sent me another printer. Same problem.They have downloaded many updates and deleted many files and nothing has worked so far. I'm at my wits end with this problem!!! Someone Please help me?
