Question about Samsung Cell Phones
I have a Samsung Galaxy Rush (Boost Mobile) phone that suddenly shut down on me last nite and would not start back up. It has a fully charged battery too. Later I was able to get it to turn back on but all it does is stay on the "loading page".. like when you first reboot or turn your phone on... it just says "SAMSUNG" and looks like it's loading but never does anything more. It's stuck on that screen... just forever "loading" over and over. I've even taken the battery out of it overnite... didn't help. Went right back to doing the same thing. So I have no clue what to do and cannot use my phone now. HELP.. please!!!!! Suggestions??

I fixed mine!!! Okay. This is what you do. Make sure your phone is off and to turn it back on press Volume up and the Power on button at the same time until it says something like rebooting system at the very left top in blue. A menu will come up. Using the volume up and down, select the reboot option. It will wipe everything out, but as long as you are set up with google, you wont lose your contacts. There will be a confirmation question with a bunch of no's and a yes. Select yes using the power button. In yellow writing at the very bottom it should say that your phone has been rebooted. It will then turn on by it's self and you will have to re- set up your phone just like you had to the day you first got it. Sorry I don't remember everything word for word, but I just got off the phone with a representative and that's what he told me to do. It worked!! If it happens again though, contact your provider and tell them. They will replace your phone if it's still under warranty :)
