Find the model # make model of phone. Go to Google. Type phone info plus question like 'how to turn silent mode off' then enter. You may have to change the wording in your question. I sometimes find answers simply by reading the search results page! So google it!
Google search your manufacturer make and model and the word
manual. If one is available, you can find it in the search
results. The manual will provide instructions for turning off the silent mode.
If your phone is actually in Silent Mode, press and hold down the # key until you see "exit silent mode" or similar notification, doing this will exit the silent mode of your phone. If there's problem with your phone, eg. Speaker or other components, you may need to service it. Let me know if you need further help.
Good Luck.
