Very rarely will you come across 2 bad batteries in a kit. If you have 2 batteries that will not take a charge and they are from the same kit. The common denomiater would be the charger. I would look into that. when some chargers fail the lights still work but the charger does not actually charge. If posible double check the same batteries with a different charger.
unppluget the base, and put contacts cleaner in the contacts charger buy it from radio shack or computer, and wait by 30 minutes. 2) try again, if work is o.k 3) if doesnot resolve the problem, the IC charger in power supply is defective repair go to the repair shop for fix it. God bless you
this means the grinder is being over worked and is in the overheat protection mode. when this happens let the grinder continue to run at no load. just hold it and in about 20-30sec you will see the red light turn off and the grinder will go back up to speed. and you can get back to it.
Hello Frame output IC means nothing, but the VERTICAL OUTPUT IC. Every TV will have it, which will scan picture vertically at 50 or 60 Hz. [1 HZ means one frame per second. Normally TVs will have 50Hz, 60Hz and 100Hz vertical frequency]. As vertical frequency rat increases, the picture fliker wil decrease. High level high-cost TVs will have 100Hz or even more frequency will be used for vetical scanning. In the case of computer monitors, the vertical frequency will vary from 60Hz to 120hz. You can see its picture stability, at this high frequency. The IC [Integrated Circuit Chip], which generates the vertical frequency and outputs it called the vertical output [frame output] IC. OK

When the green light stays on regardless of dead battery, this means the battery is defective. The battery must present a load to the charger, which causes the charger voltage to drop, turning the charger on. When the battery is defective, it will not load the charger, and the charger voltage stays at full charge value. This of course, causes the green light to be switched on.
