DO I NEED INK REPLACEMENT?

All you need to do is CHANGE THE BATTERIES! This is a thermal printer that does not use ink, BUT...when the batteries are old/weak they will not generate enough voltage to heat the thermal cartridge paper properly, resulting in faint, poorly printed letters.

My printer is only printing a faint mark on the label.

You need to use or order the zebra thermal printer cleaner. It is necessary to use these cleaners every few months.

You probably can not repair it. I will say this though, be careful to get the right labels for it.
