I have NT32Ae2 brad nailer. It worked fine when first used it 2 yrs ago. It now will not pink up brads but the gun will fire. No problem with compressor. The driver will come down and mark the wood.

Make sure your using the right gauge brads for your gun, should have sticker on rail with required brad gauge, and max length. Sometimes a brad will get jammed under drive pin where you cant see, might have to remove allen screws over pin to get jammed brad out

Sears Framing Nailer #351-18320. It takes clipped head, 28 degress, paper held nails. I need replacement nails. Who made this nail gun for SEARS and where can I buy nails.

I have seen several of these guns in the shop. I have used both Bostitch and Max parts to repair. Try using nails made for duofast cn325, or bostitch n80. Both use a 28degree paper tape clip head hails. Good luck

Does the campbell hausfeld model sb504000 2 inch nailer/stapler need an external air to get started?

Sb504000 works just fine with pressure range from 60 to 120 psi depending on material. Any small compressor will work great. Using the gun at max pressure will shorten the life of the gun. Best practice is to set pressure to just under 100psi for most work and increase pressure when nailing hard wood. Using at max pressure will strain the driver and the lower part of gun (screws that hold nose to body). Some hard woods will bend an 18 gauge nail. Good luck with your gun and have fun with your projects.

I rented a Bostitch Floor Nailer from Home Depot, and the nails wont set into the maple flooring. Iv used three different compressors(all set to 90psi) and 4 different Bostitch Nail Guns. Im going out of...

Ive had the same problem where it was putting divits you could see from the staples, we ended up changing out the flooring completely. Only thing besides trying diff psi's to get it perfect and different length staples/different heads on staples(nails) , maybe try staple gun. Keep trying every woods different, odd that it started half way through job.. odd.

Max-CN35041 seal is obsolete -no replacement- (cn565 gun) -any other seals fit, or throw gun away?

Do not throw gun away, lots of life left. Most major suppliers say that the part is no longer available but by comparison when GM stopped making pontiac there were still thousands of cars lift in stock at various dealers around the country. Similarly, your cylinder seal is out there in quantity but you will need to contact fastener companies that retail Max nailers. I live in Texas and have contacted Southern Fastening and have been told that they have stock. I am sure that you will find that part in your area. Start by contacting Max dealers in your area and the net. Buy two seals because in the future you may have trouble, however aftermarket dealers will most likely start selling that part. Good luck

Just cleaned gun, shot about 300 nails, and wont shoot nails anymore, all within 2hrs.

wow 300 nails in an hour for this gun is alot. I am a professional framer and would not recomend this gun for that kind of use. The only time I use the pasload is when I have a small punch list. Not sure how old your gun is or how long you have been using it under that much of a load, but my guess is you may have burnt it up. The only real answer for these guns is to take them to a qulified repair person.
