Speaker/Amp System seems to work okay but emits a "farting" sound about every ten minutes, sound lasts about 3 seconds. This occurs whether the input Home Theater Amp (Onkyo) is powered up or not.

-   Same problem with mine. At first I thought it may be the receiver, but I now have a complete new surround sound system and the same thing occurs. the speaker emits a farting sound whenever no signal to it is present.-   mmclean

This sound is made by the automatic shutdown in the speaker. Jensen repaired my unit under warrantee.
