My oven door handle has come off at one side how do I reattach it?

Since we don't know the model number or see a picture, I will guess that the door is two parts and you probably have to separate them to get to the screw that attaches the handle.

How to change oil pan 1995 GMC vandura3500

I am guessing this is just like all vehicles and the oil pan is directly underneath the engine. You will need to buy a a new oil pan gasket and if you are replacing the pan, another pan. Take the bolts off the pan making sure that you allow the oil to drain out into a waste container. Once you get all the oil out, you can take the pan off. Scrape off any old gasket parts that might have stuck on the engine. Use some gasket glue and reattach the new gasket and pan. I would find out what level of torque you need for the bolts and use a torque gauge to tighten the bolts. Add oil and drive.

Loose pan handle

Look at whe pan where the handle meets the pan. There may be a screw that takes either a flat blade or phillips screwdriver fitting. If it is there, simply screw the handle back in until it's tight and you are done.

Door handle of my Amana freezer drawer fell off on one side. Screw is inside the handle. How do I fix? AMANA ABL2227FESThanks

It looks like the silver handle is pushed onto the black plastic insert, which must be removed from the handle, fixed to the door and then the handle reattached.

Cant get oil plug loose

FIRST: oil the plug (I know it sounds redundant)
1. breaker bar instead of ratchet wrench (buy one if you dont have one)
2. extension bar on breaker bar handle
If Getting desperate:
1. buy a new oil pan plug
2. use a damaged/rounded extraction socket on a breaker bar.
3. use an extension handle on the breaker bar handle
Be prepared to buy (and install)a new oil pan if the threads on the oil pan are ruined.

Installing a new oil pan is "easy" for experienced mechanics, but
replacing one can be involved for 1st-timers - and you'll usually want to buy (and install) a new oil pan gasket with the new oil pan.

That's everything from breaker bar (your minimum for stuck bolts) to replacing plug and pan (the worst-case scenario).

How do I replace the oil pan gasket on a 2001 GMC Yukon XL?

Changing the oil pan gasket on a GMC Yukon XL is realtively simple, but does require removal of the exhaust pipe. You will need a new oil pan gasket and a new exhaust pipe flange gasket.
Put the car on ramps or jacks to access the undercarriage.
Remove the exhaust pipe by removing the 3 nuts holding the exhaust pipe flange to the exhaust manifold. These nuts often rust and prior application of penetrating oil may be required to remove them without damage. Once the pipe is unbolted, work the exhaust system loose from the hanging brackets. In most cases the entire system does not have to be removed since there is enough room to remove the pan with only the front hangers removed.
Drain the oil from the engine
Remove the 10 mm bolts holding the pan to the block.
Remove the old gasket material and scrape any remaining gasket from the block and pan.
Install the new gasket. Forma-Gasket or a similar product may be used in small quantities to "glue" the new gasket in place and prevent shifting while the pan is reattached to the block.
Reinsall the 10 mm bolts in a cross pattern to ensure the gasket is compressed evenly. Do not overtighten the bolts.
Replace the pipe to flange gasket between the exhaust pipe and the exhaust manifold with a new part.
Reattach the exhuast pipe to the hangers.
Install the 3 bolts connecting the pipe flange to the exhaust manifold.
Fill the engine with oil.

The screw that holds the handle to the top of the canister came completely loose. How do I get to it to reattach?

Buy a epoxy cement and fill the hole with it, then drill a hole a little smaller than the screw, and finally insert screw.
