Question about LG KG800 Cellular Phone
I had the same problem, & also the phone didn't show in My Computer as a removable disc. LG told me there was a software problem on the phone & I had to get a replacement. The replacement, however, did exactly the same. Try downloading via a Bluetooth adapter (they only cost a few quid on ebay) - this works fine for me.

U have to follow this process.
Install Any USB drivers which are needed for your cable. Then connect your phone to the PC. Open Windows Media Player and click on the sync tab in Windows Media Player. Now on your phone hit MENU->Get It Now->Option 1 Music and Tones->6 Sync Music and the phone should show up under the devices in Windows Media Player. Now add the songs you want transfered to the sync side of Windows Media Player. Click Sync in Windows Media Player. and finally enjoy your music.
