Macs shipped after July of 2011 don't include system discs.

To reinstall the OS on Macs made since then, you need to use OS X Recovery.

Here's how:

  1. Turn on (or restart) the Mac while holding down ?-R (Command-R).
  2. Continual holding down both keys until you see the Apple logo in the middle of the screen.
Eventually you'll see the recovery screen, from which you can reinstall the OS.

Note that if you've just installed a new hard drive, it won't have the recovery partition installed. In this case, you'll need to be connected to an Ethernet or Wi-Fi network. It will download the operating system from Apple's servers. This is called Internet Recovery, and it can take much longer, depending on the speed of your internet connection.

If Internet Recovery isn't working, for some reason, you can force your Mac into internet recovery mode by holding down the ?-?-R (Option-Command-R).

Can't boot OS because of file missing

You will need to reinstall the file from an OS installation disc. You may have to reinstall the entire OS. If you need to, you should be able to keep any documents and other data you have on the computer, so long as you are reinstalling the same OS. If you want to upgrade to a different one, however, I would recommend that you use another device to boot your computer (a cd, external hard drive, or flash drive with the same OS you have on you computer), and copy all the desired data from you computer onto another storage device before upgrading. It is complicated to just replace the file manually, and it still requires a resource with the file on it (such as the installation disc), so your best would be to just reinstall the OS, or changing the OS.

Bluetooth device not working after windows got reinstalled

What is the old OS and the new OS of your computer? If you upgraded your system, there's a possibility that your Blyetooth device was not supported by your new OS.

Or, you might need to download a new driver that would support your new OS.

Byt if you are running the same OS, try to download the driver from the Internet and reinstall the Bluetooth driver.

Have a great day!
