OK I GOT A VIVICAM 5686. I TRYED VIDEOCAPTURE AND IT WORKS FINE; THE PICTURE AND MOVEMENT IS CORRECT, BUT THE SOUND DOES NOT WORK. IM NOT SURE HOW TO FIX IT !!

HELP!!!!

the picture of the video clips are really good and are fine, but there is no sound when i download this onto my computer. how can i get this to work.

I believe that the sound recorded with video clips can only be played back on TV or computers.

Try connecting to your TV or download the clip to your PC to test.

Your Camera records sound but does not play it back on the device. Go to www.vivitar.com and download the driver for your camera. Install it on your pc and you should have sound when playing video in windows media.
