Like i said i bought the nortons anti virus protection plan that is on my comp. and i cant get it to work this time i did it last year and i had no problem. i was charged for it but it is not on mycomp. can you help fix it
You should have received an e-mail from Symantec.com that includes details of your pruchase and an activation code. There will also be instructions on how to enter that code into your product to re-enable it. If you did not receive this e-mail or if you have already deleted it, you will need to contact Symantec directly and their customer support unitl will be able to give you the information you need to get everything working again. (The last time I checked, the only thing it isn't doing once it expires is getting new virus definitions, but it should still be protecting your system from all of the viruses it currently knows about.)
Pl check whether renew of your product avaleble., if not upgrade to higher ver., and update virus def also.

Did you extend your plan for the same version of the product or did you upgrade to the latest version or a more comprehensive product? Also, if you created a NortonAccount in the past, you can log into www.mynortonaccount.com to see the status of all of your registered Norton products.
I am asking for details of your situation. What version of NAV is currently installed on your computer? When you bought the "protection plan," did you just extend an existing subscription or did you buy the latest version of the product or did you upgrade to a more comprehensive product (Norton Internet Security or Norton 360)? Do you have a Norton Account? If so, did you check the mynortonaccount website to check what they are reporting for your current subscription status?
