Dont know the damb 4-dgt # for resetting to factory help

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: my samsung juke has a
type in #43574357* and it should show the system info. In the system info it should list the previous phone number. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of the old phone number unless they changed it.

Remove the SIM card and turn on the phone.
Enter *2767*3855# or *2767*2878#
Hopefully, one will work.
Note: All data will be lost in this MASTER RESET.
