SOURCE: mig 195 TE gas comes through when trigger operated

you may have a sticking solinoid valve or you are using far too much gas which is holding the valve closed. reduce the gas flow to 12-15 lpm.also check the potentiometer for the gas flow.

if so, go through the trouble shooting section of the manual. If you don't have the manual, you can find info at millerwelds.com.

SOURCE: when pull trigger the gas solenoid clicks and gas comes out but wont shut gas off when not holding trigger

It is possible the gas solenoid valve is dirty- it obviously opens, so something is abstructing it from closing. This is assuming the usual "momentum" of the gas is not being mistaken for a fault. If it does not shut off after 3 seconds, (and you can watch the flow meter ball drop at the same time), the gas solenoid valve should be replaced.

My trigger to my millermatic 250 won't stop feeding the wire even when switch is not pressed

Does it feed with the trigger plug removed from the machine? If so, then it is a circuit board. If no, then wires shorted somewhere in the gun.

I have an echo p250 that just stopped running in the middle of use. I've taken it apart up to but not pulling the head off. Cleaned and rebuilt it. has spark has gas sometimes if I keep the trigger...

I have echo p403. Similar but not exactly my issue. Rebuild the carb if you didn't already. Alternatively, you can buy a new carb approx 35$. After parts purchase and your time, 35$ isn't to expensive. The carb uses a diaphragm that seems to melts over time and use. I'm not a chemist, I can only tell you what I found inside, the diaphragm was like jelly after 10+ years of use.

The millermatic 135 gun has stopped working. Could this be from the switch going out?

If the switch is dead, the gun will not work. Pulling the trigger tells the machine to initiate delivery of the wire, gas and current. If the switch is dead, none of that will happen.

Millermatic 200 won't weld

first check on the plate that tells imfo of unit ,there is what is called duty cycle. If the duty cycle says per say 30%,that means you can weld full power for 3 minuets before unit will shut down to cool.if it says 100% duty cycle there is no limit on weld time.this is the first thing to understand,if that is not the case check the main contactor where the power imput wires go,pull the gun trigger see if the contactor is pulling in , it should if not no welding amperage.
