I suspect this is something to do with the power supply to the motor. Possibly a faulty voltage regulator. You don't say if it's a direct drive or belt driven deck, so can't say more.

The ceiling fan will run for 1-3 hours before slowing down and stopping. If you shut it off and wait 4-8 hours it will work again for another 1-3 hours before stopping again.

Hi, this sounds and is showing a classic case of your motor overheating and slowing down until it shuts off on its overload. These fans collect a lot of dust that gets into the motor windings, and will cause the motor to burn out. By turning it off for that amount of time gives the motor time to cool and reset the overload. You might try covering up everything in the area of the fan and if you have a vac/shop vac that will blow, try cleaning all of the dust and dirt out of the motor. What will happen, is the motor will burn out soon. Hopefully, no damage has been done to the windings as of yet, but it would be worth to get a shop vac, air tank that's refillable at your auto parts store with a nozzle and hose for around $18. If you have a Harbor Freight Tool supply in your city, you can get a tank very cheap. This I would try. If it continues, the fan will quit on you and never start up again. The tank will come in handy for airing up car, bike tires, balls, ect. around the house, so its worth the $$$$. I wish you the best, and hope this has helped you. Please rate me as you feel is suitable.

Driver side power window will not go up

You have a bad door motor. When you wait a few hours and it goes back up slow. The motor has had time to cool off and allows voltage to run thru the motor windings. common problem. You need a new motor. On some models you can remove the door panel and manually move the motor to roll up window.

Zenith 27 TV - screen jumps and suddenly turns off.

Sounds like you have a vertical failure, and is causing the power supply to shut down. A repair person can probably repair this main board in this set but it will cost more in time and labor to repair. So the right thing to do is replace the entire module. This Zenith was designed to replace the boards completely to shorten down time as well as labor. The board this set needs is a 9-02107 module, and is avail from for 52.44 + shipping. I dont think you should attemp to do this repair by yourself if you have no electronics training or tv training. This is just so you know what you need and get an idea on what this will cost you to repair. Good Luck
