I suspect this is something to do with the power supply to the motor. Possibly a faulty voltage regulator. You don't say if it's a direct drive or belt driven deck, so can't say more.

Landice L7 Problems. It runs fine until drops below 2 miles per hour and then it stops for 2 or 3 seconds and starts back up for 2 or 3 seconds.

It sounds like you normal routine has made the motor hot and then when you slow down the residual heat is causing the motor to cut out. Check the vents in the motor for fluff or blockage.

Zenith 27 TV - screen jumps and suddenly turns off.

Sounds like you have a vertical failure, and is causing the power supply to shut down. A repair person can probably repair this main board in this set but it will cost more in time and labor to repair. So the right thing to do is replace the entire module. This Zenith was designed to replace the boards completely to shorten down time as well as labor. The board this set needs is a 9-02107 module, and is avail from http://www.partstore.com for 52.44 + shipping. I dont think you should attemp to do this repair by yourself if you have no electronics training or tv training. This is just so you know what you need and get an idea on what this will cost you to repair. Good Luck
