check for the pump belt broken or off, clogged pump or sock or small item clogging the tub outlet to pump hose. the pump pulley may have become loose on the shaft also

if its the dispensor on top of the adjitator it snaps off then you can unscrew some of them to clean. or just soak it in hot water.good luck!

first thought would be water soleniods but it is unlikely that both would fail you could try just selecting one temp and then swaping hose and select the other temp if it wont work on either then i would think it is not a sol. problem, lid switch could cause it not to fill also but you did say it would spin so that will rule it out ,its coming back to a module problem ,something to ponder on

SOURCE: we lost baby socks and
seen this a few times in the field if you gain access to the drain pump area of the washer which is on the bottom you will see the plastic pump and the tub hose that goes to it and then the hose going from it and to the wall drain.. check the hose from the tub to the pump and then check the pump assembly area itself.. it will be in one of the 2 places.. beware there will be water in these hoses so have a shop vac or a few large towels to catch the water and slowly remove the hose so that it does not all come out at once.. if there is water in the tub you need to get as much out as possible or it will all drain on floor when you remove hose.... good luck to you..
