I cann;t Copy or print in paper 81/2 x 14 ...
in my country the legal paper is 81/2 x 14 and when I put that paper the printer gets stuck, it doesn't work have to open the drwers and get the paper out that's jammed in the printer.
I don;t see how to make this paper to work.

It works well with regular sizes letter and legal from Usa 81/2x11 and81/2x14

Belderm has describe the problem I want to use 81/2 x13 paper and the printer copier canon ir3100c only works with 81/2 x 14 paper when I try to change the paper sizes it doesn´t accept the size. If I use the paper 81/2x13 it jams in the copier.

what make and model of machine? does the regular size (letter size) feed properly?

- the printer copier is Canon IR 3100C, and the tha problem is that the printer doesn´´t have that paper sizes, trhe lager is the legal paper of USA that ´s 81/2 x14 and what I want to use is the 81/2 x 13. Sorry didn´t explain correctly the problemThanks benjamin - belderm

Just guessing.... Not knowing the model or Make of the copier. You Probably have to change the papersize on the drawer that you are putting the larger paper into to equal 8.5x14: usually by a dial or the position of the fences (side and rear paper guides inside of the tray)....
