Question about Sewing Machines
My machine locks up going forward. I can manually make it go in reverse but when I go forward it lock up. Help!!
It would be a good idea to have the machine serviced at a sewing machine shop, it's possible that a part has broken or may have a timing problem..

Normally any lubrication is required only when there is a friciton with dirt accumulation . Since the moving parts are set with lubrication it is not necessary to repeat any oiling unless you feel the machine moves with a friction. If so check out on the moving shaft for tiny holes to be fed with oil , just need to doze lightly on the moving parts, bushes and rollers of the main shaft.
