The belt keeps falling off my lawnmower. Can't seem to solve the problem. Had to replace it 3 x now

Hi Patty:
Sounds like you're having more grief than you need.
My Craftsman has been excellent and believe me, it gets it's share of hard use.
I'd suggest that you double check the routing, and make sure that the tension idler spring is set so that maximum pressure is applied.
It's also a technique that minimizes wear to engage the blade at medium low rpm and then increase the rpm.
Also, check all of the idler mounts to make sure the bolts are tight.
Cheers.

Cut grass clippings does not get picked up by riding lawnmower

When using a bagger, you need correct blades on mower or Worn blades will cause the deck not to get the vacuum needed for the bagger to pickup.

Fuel leak on craftsman pushmower with Honda engine.

Sounds like you tilted the unit enough to cause the float in the carb to open too much and therefore, the needle valve inside is stuck.
Remove the bowl and let it resit itself and then re install the bowl. If that doesn't work you may need to purchase a new kit for the carb to get the needle valve. If you find a small minut ring around the face of the needle valve replace it. That's why it's gonna leak. Good luck

Whenever I start my pushmower or riding lawnmower it revs high and then low and then high again. I don't know what to do.

You need to check your air filter. Usually your engine will attempt to keep itself running, and if your filter is plugged up, it will cause the engine to rev up and down rapidly. If you have a sponge type of filter, use gasoline to wash it. Soak it, and then gently wring it out and let it air dry. Re-install and your good to go. If its a paper filter, just replace. Good luck.22

Won't stay running

The carbeurator needs to be cleaned and probably rebuilt. Start with a spray carb cleaner by putting 3 or 4 shots in the carb. Run it for a minute then let it sit for two hours and run it again.
