Bell 9242 receiver

My 9242 receiver wouldn't power up yesterday. I unplugged it, waited 15 minutes, plugged it back in, it recycled and came up. This morning it cut out during a show and wouldn't't star. I tried the same thing and it worked. I also want to point out when it came up yesterday there was a new screen asking me if I wanted something. So I believe Bell was pushing something out to the customers

I have a 55 Panasonic LED LCD- MODEL NO. TC-55AS680U - TV Turns on for 5 min., then shuts off and the red stand by light blinks continuously.

No guarantees, but first unplug the unit (when it is on), wait 15 or so minutes, plug it back in and see if this recycling move will fix it. Also, check to make sure you haven't inadvertently set some kind of timer. Good luck . . .

MM, most roku,s have a reset button on the back of them next to power cord, you can do a soft reset, where you take a paper clip and push in reset button for 1 second, if that does not work unplug everything except the power on roku and push in with paper clip the reset button for 15 seconds then unplug power cord, then after a couple more seconds, release the reset key, wait a couple minutes and plug everything back in and boot it up, good luck

The green light is on the power plug but i get no power on the machine, no lights no air nothing

Press the reset button on the power plug and wait 3 minutes before restarting the unit.If that fails to work. Turn the ON/OFF Switch on the unit to OFF & unplug the unit for 15 minutes. Then plug the unit back in, turn the ON/OFF Switch to ON. During that 15 minute time out, the unit should have reverted back to it's original factory settings. From there you can adjust the settings as you like.

Hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

We have a NS-LTDVD 39-09 flat screen tv. Try to turn on and it trys but goes blank right away and turns back off.

Unplug it from power completely. Wait 15 minutes and plug it back in. If it still does it, you'll probably have to have the power supply replaced.

My AcerAspire 5920 laptop won't turn on. It is plugged in. When I push the power button, nothing. No lights, no sounds, no action. It worked fine yesterday! What happened? How can I fix it?

Sir,
Unplug the power
Take out the battery
Wait 2 minutes
Put the battery back in
Try to turn on the machine
If that doesn't work, take out the battery
wait 1 minute
Plug in the latop and try to see if you can turn it on after that.

If that doesn't work, then yes it's something else

However try to hold the power on key down for 10 -15 seconds. If that does nothing take the battery out and use only the power adapter.
Thanks Good Luck

All lights keep blinking

I would try some simply things first. 1. Pull the power plug and wait for approximately 15 to 20 minutes before plugging back into outlet. 2. If your power plug is plugged in a power strip then try pluggin directly into the wall outlet. 3. I would make sure there are no paper jams. 4. If you recently installed ink cartridges, then check to make sure they are the right make and model for your printer. Comments: If you had a power surge the printer may just need to be powered off for awhile. Some printers will hold there settings for at least 15 minutes.
