SOURCE: My Supra TV switched from Video mode to TV mode automatically

Just make a hard reset to this set. If this do not help you, check and replace its main system control Memory IC.

Make sure that you have not selected rinse hold or a delicate programme.
This automatically stops the washer on the rinses full of water.
