Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Some of my keys on my laptop are not working.

Replace the keyboard with a new one. Laptop keyboards are not that expensive.

Make sure that the replacement is compatible with your computer. To know more about it, please visit the website of your computer's manufacturer.

You can also try a USB keyboard to check if the non-working keys work with the other keyboard.

I hope this helps!

I have a vaio SZ-110 and I face some problem with arrow keys while I play some game. When I press DOWN arrow key with LEFT or RIGHT when playing some game it doesn't work. when press alone it does work??...

I think it has something to do with the Game Controller settings. In the Game options you may have some options to override this. Please do not take this as a 100% solution, this may work.

Arrow keys

If the keys are working on a notepad or else while typing it the issue is not with the arrow keys but with the key controls of the game that you are playing. Please change the setting of the keys while playing game or else try playing another game using the same arrow keys, i m sure it would work.

The screen is upside down, the arrow keys are backward, the mouse moves opposite your intentions. Please help

Hi,

Hold down the <CTRL> key and press the UP arrow, or any of the directional arrows. This is the shortcut key for rotating the display.

This can also be disabled in the “Intel Graphics Properties” by unchecking “Enable Hot Keys”  under the Hot Keys section and unchecking “Enable Rotation” in the intel display settings

Hope this helps. Please rate your feedback!
Thanks,

Arrow key in my laptop keyboard was pull out help!

If you are unable to align the key above the place of removal and get it to work, very low chances that you will be able to fix it back in place (The pivot lever below the key is usually broken) - Better off paying for a replacement keyboard.

Keyboard trouble

you need to reload that software that came with the keyboard. Uninstall the keyboard from device manager :- Control Panel>system>device manager. Then reload the software for the keyboard, which should also have the drivers. If you do not have the software, let me know the make and model of the keyboard and I will see what I can do.

Hope this helps

Try unplugging unit, wait then plug in and try. That may reset it. If using S video maybe you should try using the reg video input and see if that helps
