SOURCE: Hello, I installed a T104

It doesn't sound like you are getting a true 230 volts to the timer. Measure from terminal 1 to terminal 3. You should read 230 volts. If you are getting 230 volts between 1 and 3, return the timer, it's defective. If you are not getting 230 between 1 and 3, then you'll have to have a look inside the electric panel to see what has been miswired. There should be a 2 pole breaker with a white and a black wire connected to it that goes out to the timer.

Bridging two12" subs and one 15" sub to my Rockford fosgate T 1500bd amp

assuming all 3 subs are 3-4 ohms, running all 3 in parallel (the 3 positive leads all attach to the amp positive terminal, and all 3 speaker negative leads connect to the amp negative terminal) will bring you at or above 1 ohm, which the amp is capable of handling. With 1500 watts, you will want to use 8 gague power leads for the amp, 12 gague speaker cables, and an inline 120 amp fuse between the amp and the battery, within 1 foot of the battery.

Tip

Use QuickBooks Pro 2002 on Windows 7, 8 & 8.1

This will only work if you still have your CD & Activation Code + a copy of your latest Back-up:
1. Install CD & enter Activation Code, then pretend that you have faxed the info.
2. Open a new Account, with similar name to your original & roughly enter required details.
3. Once completed, open the new Account & go to File >Restore. Chose your last Back-up date & you will have all your Account records back again.
This has worked for me through Windows 7, 8 & 8.1. I was pleased to see that by upgrading to Windows 8.1, my QuickBooks program still works well.

Windows pro 8

You can use an imaging program like Acronis, or, you can create a clone of the disk to another partition, with the use of a program like Partition Wizard Home Free, these are both very easy and straight forward to use.

My DT-770 headphones work when plugged into my computer, but when plugged into my Presonus Firewire Studio with 1/4" plug, only the left headphone works. Any ideas on how to fix this? I use them...

Make sure the 1/4" plug you are using is a TRS connector, which has 3 separate partitions on the terminal plug. This looks like the following connector:
pctech1_73.jpg

If you are using a Stereo TRS connector with your headphones, and it is an adapter, make sure the input of the adapter is also stereo, and not a mono 1/8" to stereo 1/4" adapter.

Else, you may have a bad terminal or corroded/dirty terminal on your Firewire Studio.

Im installing an Intermatic ET104C timer and have in the past installed a few WH40 Intermatic timers with no problem but ive always had 4wire supply or 10/3. This time its a 3wire supply or 10/2 w/ground...

Line voltage is not known.
240Volts has 2 hot wires and no neutral wire.
If both 10-2 wires test hot to ground, then you are working with 240V and no neutral is present.
http://waterheatertimer.org/240-v-water-heater-circuit.html#120-240

ET104C timer is shipped default setting for 240Volts.
ET104C can be wired many different ways.
Terminals 1 and 2 are for running the timer operation. So power lines connect to terminals 1 and 2.
Terminals 3 4 5 6 are dry. They have no power when wires are connected to terminals 1 and 2.
Typical 240v ET104C wiring shows next image.

How to wire a intermatic timer T104 240 v to a 120v?

T104 is 240volt timer.
Timer has terminals A 1 2 3 4
T-104 clock motor must receive 240Volts to operate.
Clock motor wires are white-colored and can be seen connected to terminals 1 and 3.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/Back-of-WH40-2b.jpg

There are two work-arounds for using T104 for 120V.

1) Diagram 1 showing how to change wiring:
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/T-104-control-120V-Load-500.jpg
Move 240V clock motor wires to terminal 1 and A.
Connect 240V Hot leads to terminals 1 and A. This will power the 240V clock motor
Hot wire going to 120V load connects to terminal 2. This wire will be turned on each time timer turns on, and 120Volts will power the 120V load.
To complete 120V circuit, neutral wire that comes from neutral busbar in breaker box connects to 120V load.

To control additional 120Volt circuit, run jumper wire from terminal 1 to terminal 3.
Connect Hot to second load to terminal 4.

2) Second method is to change T104 timer into T103 timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/T-104-control-120V-Load-2-5.jpg
Replace T104 240V clock with identical 120V clock motor from Grainger
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/INTERMATIC-Time-Clock-Motor-1PNK1?Pid=search
Neutral wires connect to terminal A.
Hot wire from Breaker connects to terminal 1
Hot going to Load connects to terminal 2

To control additional 120Volt circuit, run jumper wire from terminal 1 to terminal 3.
Connect Hot to second load to terminal 4.

How to run wires is series fof 3 subs

If they are single voice coil speakers (1 positive and 1 negative terminal on each speaker) then connect from amps' Positive output terminal to spkr. 1 positive terminal, THEN spkr. 1 neg. terminal to spkr. 2 positive terminal, THEN spkr. 2 negative terminal to spkr. 3 positive terminal, THEN spkr. 3 negative terminal to amps' negative output terminal.

That is 3 speakers wired in series. if each spkr is 2ohms, then you will have a total 6 ohm load. If 4 ohm spkrs., then a total 12 ohm load, if 8 ohm spkr., then a total 24 ohm load.

Be careful because amps do not like these odd ohm load totals. You might get away with a 6 ohm total load. Depends on the amp.
