My shift 2 key does not give me the @ sign and the shift 3 key gives me the number sign. and other errors.

You do not explain what the "other errors" are but the SHIFT 3 is supposed to be the pound sign (#)
Nor do you say what the shift 2 does display if anything.

The most common problem with keyboards is what we in the businees call "Lunch Syndrome"

Basically it's contamination

Hold you keyboard about a foot off the table, turn it so the keys face down , then shake and gently tap the bottom of the keyboard to dislodge the contamination. You may want to lay paper or a towel down as you'll be surprised as what comes out.

Hi I have a Logitech EX110 keyboard ... I would like to know the short cut keys for the Euro and Pound sign

For the € sign it should be AltGr + 4

I'm assuming that pound means £ (GBP) and not #...... Do you have the £ sign on the number 2 key? If you do and your just not getting the £ symbol when pressing Shift + 2 then you probably have the keyboard set to the wrong language.

In control panel look for Region and Language settings, in there should be keyboard languages. In that section make sure that you have the correct one selected for your keyboard.

Thanks

The pound sign on my Dell keyboard does not work. It types the # sign??

In the United States # is the pound sign (shift-3), in the UK the term "pound sign" is understood to mean the currency symbol, £, for pound sterling

Pound symbol

The # (pound) sign is above the number 3 on the keyboard. Don't forget to shift before pressing on the number 3.
Hope this helps. Bud
