SOURCE: BOSH PSB 600 RES drill will not restart

Hi, Sounds like you have a pinched wire somewhere. When you say you somehow make it work are you bending the powercord, shaking the drill or what? Any of those things would suggest a pinched wire or broken switch. Make sure the switches for reverse and hammer work in both directions. You say it is relatively new and there is no smell so I would not suspect the brushes and it doesn,t sound like it is running long enough to overheat anyway. The best advice I can give you is that the drill needs to be opened and examined, and if you have an ohm meter check all of the connections from the power cord to the trigger. If you don't feel comfortable with that then you may want to return it under your warranty or you may want to do that anyway. Good Luck!

SOURCE: I can't change the bit on my Bosch PSB 650 RE drill

see if there's not secured to the shaft with a screw inside at the bottom of the bit. try to slack it by turnig it clockwise. then catch a 19 mm. open end spanner in a bench wise put the shaft with its two flat sides in the spanner and with a pump pliers catch the bit and unscrew the bit turning counterclockwise this time

SOURCE: How do you replace the chuck on a Bosch 650 RE

while holding the drill like a gun, hold the lock button REALLY tight and pull the black part to the right really hard. this will unlock the chuck and if you keep twisting the black part to the right it will loosen it enough so that you can remove it

My Bosch 24v PSB 24 VE-2 has suddenly stopped working. The battery charges ok but when fitted into the drill , the drill makes a faint whining noise but fails to work. Any ideas ?

Hello
The motor windings in the drill are bad or have a bad connection. You may also try cleaning the battery contact points with a pencil eraser.

Drill keeps on stopping and won't restart

Check the cord...sometimes if the brushes are not seated well or if there is a cut in the cord you will run into that problem....If it is not that then possibly you just have a faulty drill
