I was given a Maytage window AC unit and can't find the BTU capacity anywhere. Model No. 11-37-0028D or serial no. ER 191091 131Y

The unit has to lean backward to let the water run out. It sounds like it is too level or leaning forward too much. There should be an adjusting screw in back that you can lower and it should work fine.
